How to make Potatoes with tomatoes and peppers

  1. 1. Peel and slice the potatoes.

  2. 2. Chop the onion and fry in oil until brown.

  3. 3. Chop the peppers and place in a pan along with the onion and potatoes, and cover with a small amount of water.

  4. 4. After boiling for a few minutes, add the blanched and sliced tomato. Stew until all the vegetables are soft.
