  • Garlic4× clove (20 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Provençal potatoes (à la Kurt Scheller) with chicken

  1. 1. Peel and dice the potatoes Put them in boiling water, then after a minute remove and drain them.

  2. 2. Fry them in olive oil until soft.

  3. 3. Add whole garlic cloves and sliced tomatoes (cherry tomatoes can be used).

  4. 4. Season with pepper, Provençal herbs and rosemary.

  5. 5. Chop up the meat, rub in the olive oil with pepper, salt and curry powder. Place in boiling water and boil for around 10-15 minutes.

  6. 6. Serve the potatoes with the boiled chicken.
