  • Brown rice4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Raisins4× tablespoon (48 g)

  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Rice and apple bake

  1. 1. Boil some water with milk and add the rice and raisins. Boil until the rice is soft.

  2. 2. Peel and grate the apples.

  3. 3. Grease a casserole dish. Lay out half of the rice, cover with apples, sprinkle with cinnamon then lay out the rest of the rice.

  4. 4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
