  • Sweet pepper2× slice (60 g)
  • Courgette2× slice (60 g)
  • Brown rice3× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Onion4× slice (40 g)
  • Water4× tablespoon (40 ml)
  • Natural yoghurt1.5× teaspoon (18 g)
  • Lettuce3× leaf (15 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Vegetarian tortilla with vegetables and rice

  1. 1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

  2. 2. Dice the courgette and peppers, slice the onion.

  3. 3. Stew the vegetables for 15 minutes in a pan.

  4. 4. Arrange the lettuce, rice and vegetables on the tortilla, pour over the yoghurt and roll up.

  5. 5. Wheat tortilla.

  6. 6. Mix the flour with the salt. Add hot water and mix.

  7. 7. Then add oil and knead by hand. Set aside.

  8. 8. After about 10 minutes, divide the dough into two parts, roll into balls then roll flat (sprinkle with flour if necessary).

  9. 9. Fry on a dry pan for about a minute on one side, and 30 seconds on the other.
