  • Potato160 g
  • Liver chicken100 g
  • Onion2× slice (20 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Roast liver with apple and potatoes

  1. 1. Wash and rinse the liver, then fry it for a few minutes on each side.

  2. 2. Thinly slice the peeled potatoes and boil for around 10 minutes in lightly salted water.

  3. 3. Chop the apple into slices and the onions into feathers.

  4. 4. Arrange the potatoes in the bottom of a dish and sprinkle with marjoram.

  5. 5. Then lay the apple and liver on it and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  6. 6. Place the rest of the apple and onion on top.

  7. 7. Roast everything for 25 minutes at 180C.
