  • Gherkins, pickled, drained3.5× piece (122.5 g)
  • Wheat flour, white, plain4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Water4× tablespoon (40 ml)
  • Ham1.5× slice (30 g)
  • Cottage cheese1.5× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Herbs and spices2× teaspoon (4 g)

How to make Tortilla with ham and pickled cucumbers

  1. 1. Mix the cheese with the chilli and pepper.

  2. 2. Spread the cheese on the tortilla, place the ham and cucumber on top. Roll it up.

  3. 3. If the tortilla is to take away, roll it in aluminium foil.

  4. 4. Wheat tortilla.

  5. 5. Mix the flour with the salt. Add hot water and mix.

  6. 6. Then add oil and knead by hand. Set aside.

  7. 7. After about 10 minutes, divide the dough into two parts, roll into balls then roll flat (sprinkle with flour if necessary).

  8. 8. Fry on a dry pan for about a minute on one side, and 30 seconds on the other.
