  • Water8× tablespoon (80 ml)
  • Cottage cheese3× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Lemon3× slice (30 g)

  • Lettuce2× leaf (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Herbs and spices4× teaspoon (8 g)

How to make Tortilla with cottage cheese, peppers and olives

  1. 1. Spread the sauce on the tortillas

  2. 2. Wash, dry then quarter the vegetables.

  3. 3. Crumble the cottage cheese.

  4. 4. Arrange all the ingredients on the tortilla and roll it up.

  5. 5. Vinaigrette herb sauce.

  6. 6. Add lemon juice and Provençal herbs to the olive oil.

  7. 7. Mix thoroughly.

  8. 8. Wheat tortilla.

  9. 9. Mix the flour with the salt. Add hot water and mix.

  10. 10. Then add oil and knead by hand. Set aside.

  11. 11. After about 10 minutes, divide the dough into two parts, roll into balls then roll flat (sprinkle with flour if necessary).

  12. 12. Fry on a dry pan for about a minute on one side, and 30 seconds on the other.
