  • Sweet pepper6× slice (180 g)
  • Wheat flour, white, plain4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Cottage cheese3× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Water4× tablespoon (40 ml)
  • Natural yoghurt1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Herbs and spices2× teaspoon (4 g)

How to make Tortilla with peppers and basil cheese

  1. 1. Mix the cheese and yoghurt, then add pepper and basil to taste.

  2. 2. Spread the cheese on the tortillas, place pepper slices on them and roll them up.

  3. 3. Wheat tortilla.

  4. 4. Mix the flour with the salt. Add hot water and mix.

  5. 5. Then add oil and knead by hand. Set aside.

  6. 6. After about 10 minutes, divide the dough into two parts, roll into balls then roll flat (sprinkle with flour if necessary).

  7. 7. Fry on a dry pan for about a minute on one side, and 30 seconds on the other.
