  • Groats2× tablespoon (30 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Marinaded vegetable shish kebabs (à la Robert Sowa)

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in their jackets, then peel and dice them.

  2. 2. Slice the peppers, courgettes and onion.

  3. 3. Mix all the vegetables together, then add olive oil, Provençal herbs and rosemary. Then skewer them.

  4. 4. Place the ready kebabs in an oven preheated to 180C (preferably on the grill setting), and roast fro 15 minutes.

  5. 5. Serve with the boiled groats.
