How to make Seasoned pork chop with potatoes and beetroot salad

  1. 1. Cut the meat into 2 cm thick chops. Gently tenderise by hand.

  2. 2. Mix together the salt, pepper, chilli, oregano and basil, then rub them into the meat.

  3. 3. Fry the chops in a non-stick or grill pan.

  4. 4. Eat the meat with the boiled potatoes and salad, garnished with chopped parsley.

  5. 5. Beetroot salad.

  6. 6. Boil the beetroot until soft, then peel and grate.

  7. 7. Finely chop the onion.

  8. 8. Mix the beetroot together with the onion, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
