  • Wheat flour, white, plain4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Water4× tablespoon (40 ml)
  • Pineapple0.5× slice (40 g)
  • Garlic1.5× clove (7.5 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Herbs and spices2× teaspoon (4 g)
  • Chives, fresh0.5× tablespoon (2.5 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× leaf (2 g)

How to make Pineapple and pepper salad with tortilla

  1. 1. Dice the pineapple and peppers.

  2. 2. Chop up the chives and parsley.

  3. 3. Blend the peppers, garlic, parsley and chives.

  4. 4. Mix the pineapple with the sauce.

  5. 5. Grill the tortillas in a dry pan and cut into triangles. Dip in the salsa.

  6. 6. Wheat tortilla.

  7. 7. Mix the flour with the salt. Add hot water and mix.

  8. 8. Then add oil and knead by hand. Set aside.

  9. 9. After about 10 minutes, divide the dough into two parts, roll into balls then roll flat (sprinkle with flour if necessary).

  10. 10. Fry on a dry pan for about a minute on one side, and 30 seconds on the other.
