  • Wheat flour, white, plain4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Water4× tablespoon (40 ml)
  • Cottage cheese1× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Quesadilla with mushrooms and cheese

  1. 1. Finely chop the mushrooms, then stew until they sweat and soften (around 3 minutes).

  2. 2. Mix the mushrooms and cheese in a bowl and add pepper to taste.

  3. 3. Arrange the filling on the tortilla, cover with another one.

  4. 4. Fry the quesadilla in a pan without fat for 2 minutes on each side.

  5. 5. When ready, divide into portions. Eat hot or cold Wheat tortilla

  6. 6. Mix the flour with the salt. Add hot water and mix.

  7. 7. Then add oil and knead by hand. Set aside.

  8. 8. After about 10 minutes, divide the dough into two parts, roll into balls then roll flat (sprinkle with flour if necessary).

  9. 9. Fry on a dry pan for about a minute on one side, and 30 seconds on the other.
