How to make Potato pancakes with salmon

  1. 1. Peel then coarsely grate the potatoes, then squeeze out the excess water.

  2. 2. Mix the potatoes with the chopped onion, egg and flour, season with pepper and a little salt.

  3. 3. Steam the salmon then cut it into small slices.

  4. 4. Fry the pancakes on a teflon pan, then place salmon on each one.

  5. 5. Serve with tomato slices seasoned with basil.
