  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Potato and boiled cabbage pasties (Gordon Ramsay)

  1. 1. Boil then mash the potatoes.

  2. 2. Meanwhile boil some salted water. Chop up the cabbage and place it in the boiling water. Blanch (boil) for 2-3 minutes. Drain and dry the cabbage.

  3. 3. Mix the potato and cabbage. Season well with salt and pepper.

  4. 4. With hands sprinkled with flour, form the mix into oval pasties.

  5. 5. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Fry the pasties on a low heat until brown. Turn over until they are brown and crispy.
