How to make Pancakes with peppers, tomatoes, courgette and feta

  1. 1. Mix the flour, milk and oil together into a smooth mass.

  2. 2. Pour the dough onto a very hot pan and fry the pancakes.

  3. 3. Dice the peppers, tomatoes and courgette.

  4. 4. Place the peppers and courgette in a pan and stew for about 5-7 minutes.

  5. 5. Then add the tomatoes and stew for another 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6. Once the vegetables have cooled, mix them with the crumbled cheese.

  7. 7. Put the filling in the pancakes and fold them.
