  • Courgette3× slice (90 g)
  • Wheat flour, white, plain4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Sunflower seeds1× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Muffins with courgette and flax seeds

  1. 1. Pour water over the flax seeds in proportions 1:3 and set aside for 15 minutes.

  2. 2. Meanwhile remove the seeds from the courgette then grate it.

  3. 3. Mix the courgette with the cinnamon, flour and salt in a bowl.

  4. 4. Add the oil and soaked seeds, mix and place in ramekins.

  5. 5. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 220C.
