How to make Roast carrot with honey, thyme and garlic

  1. 1. Peel the carrots and cut into thick slices.

  2. 2. Mix together the olive oil, honey, salt, thyme and chopped garlic.

  3. 3. Put the carrot in the prepared marinade.

  4. 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper, arrange the carrots on it and roast for 10-15 minutes at 180C.
