  • Tomato6.5× slice (130 g)
  • Onion11× slice (110 g)
  • Whole-Grain Pasta7× tablespoon (70 g)
  • Garlic1.5× clove (7.5 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× leaf (2 g)

How to make Pasta in pepper sauce

  1. 1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet

  2. 2. Cut the peppers into quarters and fry for a few minutes in a preheated pan.

  3. 3. Dice the onion and garlic and add to the peppers.

  4. 4. Add the tinned tomatoes and stew until the excess water evaporates.

  5. 5. Blend the resulting sauce into a smooth purée.

  6. 6. Add the parsley, and season according to taste with pepper, chilli powder and sweet paprika.

  7. 7. Stir in with the pasta.
