  • Green peas, fresh, frozen or canned2× tablespoon (30 g)

  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Stewed chicken with peas, carrots and potatoes

  1. 1. Peel and finely chop the carrots. Put them in a frying pan with heated oil.

  2. 2. Slice the pepper and add it to the carrot.

  3. 3. Dice the meat and season it with salt and pepper. Add the meat to the vegetables after they have been frying a while.

  4. 4. Add half a glass of water, Provençal herbs and chilli powder.

  5. 5. Cover and simmer for around 15 minutes.

  6. 6. Serve with boiled potatoes.
