  • Natural yoghurt1× package (150 g)
  • Wholemeal bread1× slice of bread (35 g)
  • Butter1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Chives, fresh0.5× tablespoon (2.5 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× leaf (2 g)
  • Herbs and spices1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Cream of tomato and yoghurt with croutons

  1. 1. Blanch and peel the tomatoes, then blend thoroughly.

  2. 2. Transfer the tomatoes to a pan and boil for a few minutes.

  3. 3. Add the pepper and Provençal herbs.

  4. 4. Add the yoghurt and stir.

  5. 5. Boil for another short while.

  6. 6. Serve with croutons.

  7. 7. Bread with herbs and garlic.

  8. 8. Finely chop the chives and parsley.

  9. 9. Mash the butter, garlic, chives and parsley together.

  10. 10. Spread it on the bread and bake for a few minutes in an oven preheated to around 200C.
