How to make Norman cutlets with mushrooms and onions

  1. 1. Lightly tenderise the meat, sprinkle with salt, pepper and tarragon, then place in a pan with olive oil.

  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sliced mushrooms to the meat, and stew for 15 minutes (you can also add a little water).
