How to make Chilli mayonnaise, shrimp and rocket sandwich

  1. 1. Toast or grill a slice of bread until crisp

  2. 2. Mix the mayonnaise together with the chilli, then put the rocket on top

  3. 3. Fry the peeled and tailless shrimps in butter, season with salt and pepper and place on top of the rocket.

  4. 4. Sprinkle with lemon juice and chopped chives.
