How to make Baked eggs with salmon and dill

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 200C.

  2. 2. Line a casserole dish with half of the butter, dice the salmon.

  3. 3. Mix the cream, pepper, dill and salmon together in a bowl.

  4. 4. Transfer the mass with the salmon to a casserole dish, beat in the eggs, cover and bake for 10 minutes until the eggs set.

  5. 5. Butter the bread with the rest of the butter.

  6. 6. Serve the baked eggs with bread.
