  • Mozzarella cheese2× portion (250 g)
  • Olive oil2.5× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Wine Vinegar1× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Parsley, fresh1× tablespoon (6 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Cumin1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Roast pepper with mozzarella

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds.

  3. 3. Place the pepper halves in a casserole dish and, sprinkle with salt and pour on half of the oil.

  4. 4. Put the pepper in the oven and roast for 35 minutes.

  5. 5. Press the garlic, thinly slice the mozzarella.

  6. 6. Mix the balsamic vinegar with the garlic, chopped parsley and seasoning, then add the remaining oil.

  7. 7. Take the pepper out of the oven, lay mozzarella slices on top and pour the prepared sauce over.

  8. 8. Roast for 10 minutes until the mozzarella melts.
