How to make Parsnip chips with honey and seasoning

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 210C. Chop the parsley very finely.

  2. 2. Peel and wash the parsnip, then slice it into chips.

  3. 3. Mix the oil, honey, parsley and all the other seasoning together in a bowl.

  4. 4. Pour the ready marinade over the chips and mix well, preferably by hand.

  5. 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the chips on it in a single layer so that they roast evenly.

  6. 6. Roast for 15-20 minutes (check whether the chips are ready by poking them with a fork - if it goes in easily, you can finish cooking them)
