How to make Fried courgette with garlic and parmesan

  1. 1. Chop the courgette into cubes of around 1 cm.

  2. 2. Press the garlic, finely dice the onions and finely grate the parmesan.

  3. 3. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and courgette, then fry on a high heat for 4 minutes.

  4. 4. Add the salt, pepper and onion, and fry for another 2 minutes.

  5. 5. Sprinkle with parmesan, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil
