  • Pepper, black0.3× pinch (0.3 g)

How to make Roasted pumpkin pancakes with fried egg

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Dice the pumpkin and roast it until soft.

  3. 3. Blend the pumpkin and milk together into a smooth purée.

  4. 4. Add half of the eggs to the pumpkin and mix.

  5. 5. Sieve the flour into the purée, add salt and pepper, then mix into a smooth mass.

  6. 6. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.

  7. 7. Fry the remaining egg and serve with the pumpkin pancakes.
