How to make Chicken, bean and avocado dish

  1. 1. Boil the rice in lightly salted water.

  2. 2. Put the diced chicken into a saucepan with a little water, then add the chopped onion and drained beans.

  3. 3. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and oregano.

  4. 4. Stew for 15 minutes, then add and combine the diced avocado, serve on rice and sprinkle with chopped chives.
