  • Apricots, dried3× piece (30 g)
  • Butter3× teaspoon (15 g)
  • Semi-skimmed milk1.5× tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Sugar, icing1.5× tablespoon (15 g)

How to make French toast with dried apricots and almonds

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Grease a casserole dish with half of the butter.

  3. 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl along with the icing sugar, gradually add the milk.

  4. 4. Heat the remaining butter in a pan.

  5. 5. Dip the toast bread in the egg mass and fry for 2 minutes on each side.

  6. 6. Slice up the apricots and chop up the almonds.

  7. 7. Arrange the fried bread and apricot slices alternately in the casserole dish.

  8. 8. Sprinkle the dish with almonds and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
