How to make Savoury porridge with bacon, blue cheese and egg

  1. 1. Finely dice the blue cheese.

  2. 2. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the oatflakes, salt and pepper, then bring to the boil.

  3. 3. Reduce the heat under the saucepan and boil for 5 minutes until the oats soften, then add the cheese and stir.

  4. 4. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the eggs

  5. 5. Dice the bacon and fry it in a fry pan until the fat melts.

  6. 6. Transfer the boiled oatflakes to a bowl, add the bacon and eggs, then sprinkle with chives.
