How to make Turkey and and peach curry

  1. 1. Boil the rice.

  2. 2. Dice the meat and peach (keep the syrup from the peaches).

  3. 3. Fry the meat in olive oil, add salt, pepper and curry powder, pour in the broth and boil for 10 minutes.

  4. 4. Add the coconut milk and pieces of peach.

  5. 5. Mix the flour in a small amount of water, add a little of the syrup from the peaches, and pour it into the rest of the ingredients.

  6. 6. Boil the sauce until it thickens then serve with rice.
