  • Lemon juice, fresh0.2× tablespoon (6 ml)
  • Corn starch0.5× tablespoon (5 g)

How to make Baked pancakes with curd cheese and semolina

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C, line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. 2. Separate the egg white from the yolk.

  3. 3. Mix the yolk with the sugar to obtain a fluffy foam, add the semolina, curd cheese, lemon juice and sugar.

  4. 4. Mix the starch and cream together until there are no lumps, then add the yolk foam.

  5. 5. Beat the whites along with a little salt into a stiff foam.

  6. 6. Gently stir the egg white into the mass, then transfer it all to a baking tray.

  7. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
