How to make Asparagus and caper salad

  1. 1. Important: keep the water left over from boiling the asparagus.

  2. 2. Peel and chop the asparagus, boil until al dente.

  3. 3. Mix the olive oil, vinegar and a tablespoon of the water from the asparagus in a bowl.

  4. 4. Chop the capers, then add them to the asparagus and mix together.

  5. 5. Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and tarragon to taste.
