  • Lettuce6× leaf (30 g)
  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Cheese, Parmesan, fresh0.5× handful (15 g)

  • Garlic0.5× clove (2.5 g)

How to make Honey mushroom salad

  1. 1. Slice the mushrooms and stew them in a small amount of water.

  2. 2. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the honey, mix it in and fry until the mushrooms are slightly caramelised.

  3. 3. Squeeze the juice from the orange, finely slice the onion and garlic, finely grate the cheese and shred the lettuce into small pieces.

  4. 4. Mix together all the ingredients together, drizzle with orange juice and season with salt and pepper.
