How to make Rice with dried mushrooms

  1. 1. Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes, then drain them, but don’t pour away the water.

  2. 2. Melt the butter and fry the onion until it shines, then add the mushrooms and continue frying.

  3. 3. Add the rice and fry them together for a moment, pour in the wine and stir until the rice absorbs it.

  4. 4. Gradually add the broth and the water from the mushrooms until all the liquid has been absorbed by the rice.

  5. 5. Grate the cheese in a grater with large holes, add it to the rest of the ingredients, stir and add salt and pepper.
