How to make Courgette and halloumi shish kebabs

  1. 1. Dice the halloumi, wash the courgette and thinly slice it lengthwise.

  2. 2. Mix the tomato concentrate, olive oil and chilli together in a bowl.

  3. 3. Spread the marinade on the courgette slices and roll them up.

  4. 4. Stick courgette slices and halloumi alternately on skewers.

  5. 5. Grill for 5 minutes on each side.
