  • Wheat flour, white, plain1.5× cup (210 g)
  • Natural yoghurt3× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Water7× tablespoon (70 ml)
  • Low sugar jam5× teaspoon (60 g)
  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Rapeseed oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Baking powder1× teaspoon (4 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)

How to make Cherry jam loop

  1. 1. Mix together the flour, sparkling water, yoghurt, eggs, powder and salt in a bowl.

  2. 2. Place the mass on a worktop and knead until the dough is no longer sticky.

  3. 3. Roll the dough to a thickness of approx. 5mm, cut out little rhombuses and set aside for 15 minutes.

  4. 4. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the rhombuses on both sides until golden.

  5. 5. Serve with cherry jam.
