  • Semi-skimmed milk1.5× tablespoon (15 ml)
  • Water1× tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Mustard, smooth0.5× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Spinach omelette with ham and lettuce

  1. 1. Defrost the spinach.

  2. 2. Mix the mustard, half of the oil and the water together in a bowl.

  3. 3. Shred the lettuce and pour the prepared sauce over it.

  4. 4. Beat the eggs with the milk and a little nutmeg, salt and pepper.

  5. 5. Squeeze the water from the spinach and fry briefly on the remaining oil, then pour the egg mass onto it.

  6. 6. Cover and fry on a low heat, when the egg sets cover it with the ham and fold the omelette in half.

  7. 7. Remove from the heat and serve with the lettuce.
