  • Blueberries1.5× handful (75 g)
  • Oats5× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Hazelnuts1× handful (30 g)
  • Chia2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Syrup, maple1× tablespoon (10 ml)

How to make Baked porridge with berries and maple syrup

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 180C.

  2. 2. Put the milk in a bowl, pour in the oatflakes and chia seeds, mix together and set aside for 5 minutes.

  3. 3. Slice the banana and chop the nuts.

  4. 4. Add the nuts, banana and berries to the bowl with the oatflakes, mix well and transfer to a casserole dish.

  5. 5. Bake for 35 minutes until golden, pour on the maple syrup.
