How to make Carrot goulash with sausage

  1. 1. Peel, wash and dice all the vegetables.

  2. 2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion,once it is glazed add the carrot and potato and continue frying.

  3. 3. Pour in the broth and boil under cover for10 minutes.

  4. 4. Slice the sausages and add them to the pan, stew everything under cover for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

  5. 5. Season with salt, pepper and parsley
