How to make Bavarian salad with white cabbage and bacon

  1. 1. Chop the cabbage into thin strips, then salt, cover and set aside.

  2. 2. Dice the bacon and fry it in a pan until the fat melts.

  3. 3. Finely dice the onion and add it to the bacon, fry until glazed, then add the oil, vinegar and broth and mix.
