How to make Pasta with roasted tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 190C. Clean the tomatoes, cut them into fairly large chunks, and place them in an sufficiently large casserole dish.

  2. 2. Add the peeled and thinly sliced garlic, and push shredded basil leaves between the tomato pieces.

  3. 3. Sprinkle with olive oil, add salt and pepper. Roast uncovered for around 20 minutes. Add the crumbled mozzarella 2-3 minutes before the end.

  4. 4. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in salted water Drain and transfer to deep plates. Arrange the tomatoes on top along with the gravy from the meat and the mozzarella. Garnish with the rest of the basil.
