How to make Exotic lentil curry

  1. 1. Wash the lentils and put them in a pan. Fill it up with the vegetable broth. Add the laurel leaf and boil according to the recipe, not too soft.

  2. 2. Meanwhile peel and finely slice the onion. Wash the chilli pepper, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.

  3. 3. Finely dice the pepper. Chop the garlic Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion, chilli, chopped peppers and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
