  • Natural yoghurt3× package (450 g)
  • Blueberries, fresh or frozen4× handful (200 g)
  • Water10× tablespoon (100 ml)
  • Mascarpone2× tablespoon (48 g)
  • Lemon4× slice (40 g)
  • Honey1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Mint, fresh2× leaf (4 g)
  • Cinnamon, ground1× pinch (2 g)

How to make Cold berry soup

  1. 1. Rinse the berries and out them in a blender. Add water and blend.

  2. 2. Pour into a pan and add the lemon juice, honey and cinnamon. Boil for around 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  3. 3. Add the natural yoghurt and mix thoroughly. Place in the fridge.

  4. 4. Serve the soup with the mascarpone, mint leaves and berries.
