  • Lettuce2× head (400 g)
  • Potato2× piece (180 g)
  • Onion10× slice (100 g)
  • Natural yoghurt2× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Parsley, fresh2× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Butter1× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Sugar, white0.5× teaspoon (2.5 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black0.3× pinch (0.3 g)

How to make Lettuce soup

  1. 1. Peel and dice the potatoes Wash the lettuce thoroughly. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic

  2. 2. Melt the butter in a pan, when it is hot add the chopped onion and garlic, then fry until it glazes slightly. Add the shredded lettuce (without the hard parts) and fry everything for another 1-2 minutes until it turns soft.

  3. 3. Prepare the pan of broth, bring it to the boil. Add the chopped potatoes and the contents of the pan. Boil on a low heat until the potatoes are soft (around 15 minutes).

  4. 4. Season the soup with salt, pepper and sugar to taste, then blend into a smooth mass.

  5. 5. Pour the hot lettuce soup into bowls, add yoghurt and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
