  • Parsley, fresh4× tablespoon (24 g)
  • Pomegranate1× tablespoon (17 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Lemon juice, fresh0.2× tablespoon (6 ml)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Peppers capsicum chilli red0.25× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Cauliflower steak with green pesto

  1. 1. Cut the cauliflower into 2-3 cm thick slices.

  2. 2. Pour half the portion of olive oil over the prepared cauliflower, sprinkle with salt, then fry in a heated pan for about 2 minutes on each side. It should start to turn brown.

  3. 3. Roast the steaks thus created in an over pre-heated to 180°C for 10-12 minutes on each side.

  4. 4. Sauce: blend the parsley with the lemon juice and half of the olive oil into a uniform mass. Add the chilli and salt to taste.

  5. 5. Arrange the cauliflower steaks on a plate, pour over the pesto and sprinkle with pomegranate..
