How to make Chicken with broccoli in cream sauce

  1. 1. Slice the chicken, then coat the pieces in half the olive oil, with a little salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Wash the broccoli, separate into florets, then cut these into smaller pieces.

  3. 3. Gently roll the meat in the flour. Heat a large pan with half of the olive oil and the butter. Put the chicken in the pan and fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Lay the meat on a plate.

  4. 4. Put the broccoli in the same pan and fry for a moment while stirring. Pour in the hot broth and boil the broccoli for around 3 minutes.

  5. 5. Place the fried meat among the broccoli and boil on a high heat for around 2 minutes.

  6. 6. Add the cream and mustard, then cook the dish for around 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Mix in the dill towards the end.

  7. 7. Sprinkle the finished dish with parmesan.
