How to make Celery and broccoli soup

  1. 1. Lightly fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil.

  2. 2. Add the washed and finely sliced celery stalks and broccoli.

  3. 3. Fry the vegetables for a moment, then pour the broth over them.

  4. 4. Add the pepper, salt, thyme, coriander and crushed garlic, then boil for 15-20 minutes until soft.

  5. 5. Blend the soup using a hand-held blender.

    Taste not that bad, too muchbroth, use half of it. Taste of thyme very strong,very spicy
