  • Honey2× teaspoon (24 g)

How to make Raspberry cheesecake in a jar

  1. 1. Blend the nuts with half of the prepared honey and cinnamon.

  2. 2. Place the resulting crumbly “pastry” in the bottom of a jar.

  3. 3. Grind the curd cheese, then mix it with the remaining honey.

  4. 4. Pour the mass into the jar.

  5. 5. Mix the raspberries with 1 tsp of water in a small pan, then boil until soft.

  6. 6. Let the raspberries cool, then pour them over the cheesecake.

  7. 7. The cheesecake can be served at once or left for a few hours in the fridge.
