How to make Fluffy pancakes with buttermilk and berries

  1. 1. Mix together the dry ingredients, separate the egg white from the yolk.

  2. 2. Pour the buttermilk, yolk and half of the oil into the dry ingredients and stir together.

  3. 3. Beat the egg white until stiff, then gently mix together into a mass with the berries.

  4. 4. Heat up the remaining oil in a pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden.
